We want you to absolutely love your EverTail products. If something isn’t right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns for any unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@evertail.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide a return address and instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been used for hygiene reasons.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card provider — then reach out to us if you still need help.

🧤 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email support@evertail.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

❓ Late or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window (UK 3-5 days / NZ 6-10 days), contact us and we’ll investigate with our courier partners right away.
