We process all orders within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it ships out.

Please note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days — but we always do our best to get your order out fast.


🇬🇧 Shipping to the United Kingdom

  • Shipping Time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping Cost: FREE

  • All orders are shipped from our UK-based fulfilment centre to ensure quick delivery across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.


🇳🇿 Shipping to New Zealand

  • Shipping Time: 6–10 business days

  • Shipping Cost: FREE

  • Orders are shipped via our international logistics partners with full tracking provided.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
If your tracking number isn’t active right away, don’t worry — it may take 12–24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
